Camp Gailor-Maxon Application and Forms

Pre-Camp:

Campers currently in grades K-2, apply online HERE for Pre-Camp 2017. Or you may download a printable application to mail in.
The cost of the 3-night Pre-Camp program for one adult and one child is $295.00. Each additional camper (adult or child) is $160.00.

CGM:

Campers currently in grades 3-12, apply online HERE for CGM 2017. Or you may download a printable application to mail in.
The cost of the one week (Sunday-Saturday) 2017 CGM session is $595.00. We offer a $25 Early Bird Discount for those who apply by March 15; a $75 late fee applies after May 15.

Campership:

We don't want the cost of camp to interfere with anyone's ability to attend CGM. If your family needs help with the cost of camp, please print and fill out this Campership application and sumbit it no later than April 15, 2017.

2017 Bus Schedule:

Memphis (Bus Stop: Church of the Holy Communion) Bus departs first day 9:00 am CDT and returns last day 5:00 pm CDT. The Diocese of West TN underwrites the cost for West TN bus riders.

Jackson (Bus Stop: Comfort Inn, Hwy 45 Bypass, exit 80) Bus departs first day at 11:00 am CDT and returns last day at 3:00 pm CDT.

Nashville (Bus Stop: St. George's Church) Bus departs the first day at 1:30 pm CDT and returns last day at 11:30 CDT. Round Trip $75.00, One way $40.00

GAP:

Members of the High School Class of 2017 who wish to apply to the GAP staff training program must fill out the standard camp application AND the separate GAP questionnaire. To be considered for the GAP program, the applicant must complete this questionnaire by April 30.

Staff:

We welcome staff applications from those who have completed at least one year of college by May 2017. Click HERE to apply for CGM 2017 Staff. Applications are due no later than February 15th, 2017. Upon the completion of your application someone will be in contact with you to schedule an interview appointment. Our first wave of staff hires will begin shortly thereafter, and we will continue to hire based on camp enrollment and budget.
