Pre-Camp, for Rising 1st-3rd Graders attending with a Parent (or other Adult Family member) will be after dinner on Thurs, June 2 to Sun, June 5. Please use the separate Pre-Camp Application.
Early Bird Discount
DEADLINE for $25 Early Bird Registration Discount (For Camps I, II, and III) is MARCH 15, 2011.
Registrations received after May 15, 2011 are subject to a $75 late registration fee.
Sibling Discount
All siblings after the first camper receive a $25 discount for Camp I, II, or III.
Referral Discounts
RETURNING campers for Camps I, II, and III earn $50 credit for EACH new camper for Camps I, II, or III (not a sibling of a current camper) you recruit. Please list names of friends you recruit on this registration form. For you to receive discount, new campers must apply by May 15, 2011 and must list your name on his or her application form (online or paper).
2011 Bus Schedule/Costs
Memphis (Bus Stop: Church of the Holy Communion)
Bus departs 1st day 9 am CDT and returns last day 5 pm CDT. Round Trip $125, One way $65
Jackson (Bus Stop: Comfort Inn, Hwy 45 Bypass, exit 80)
Bus departs 1st day at 11 am CDT and returns last day at 3 pm CDT. Round Trip $110, One way $60
Nashville (Bus Stop: St. George’s Church)
Bus departs the 1st day at 1:30 pm CDT and returns last day at 11:30 CDT. Round Trip $60, One way $35
Expectations
* Campers will observe Christian virtues in all their decisions and actions. * Campers will stay on the DuBose grounds at all times, except for supervised excursions. * Campers will not use or possess illicit drugs, drug devices, alcohol or tobacco products. * Campers will not use or possess firearms, weapons or knives or facsimiles thereof. * Campers will refrain from the use of profane or vulgar language spoken or on clothing. * Campers will respect other’s property and persons. * Campers will be supportive of everyone in the community.
Diocesan Support
In past years, both the Diocese of Tennessee and the Diocese of West Tennessee have offered per camper subsidies. Diocesan budgets will be final after conventions. Subsidy amounts will be offered on final invoice, prior to final payment due date of May 15, 2011. Only the $250 deposit is due with this application.
We want EVERY child to come to Camp. If you need help, please first see your priest for scholarship assistance. If funds are not available from your church, please email [email protected].
Online Registration
The online registration form follows. You may register online using a credit card on Google Checkout for your $250 deposit or download a paper application and mail it. Mark your choices about session and bus below. You will receive an invoice with your remaining balance due which will include a credit for any applicable diocesan subsidy. (This application will not calculate balance due.)
Cabin Requests
Cabins will be assigned prior to arrival at camp. We can't promise, but if you'd like to be in a cabin with a friend, please list his/her name on the form in the space provided below. Also, if you would like to be in a specific cabin, please tell us which cabin number.
