By exploring God’s presence in our lives and our role in God’s community, Winterfest Episcopal Youth Retreat seeks to create a welcoming and safe space for high school students (grades 9 – 12) to grow in their relationship with God and Christ through creative worship, service, music, love, friendship and understanding in a fun and relaxed environment.

Only $295 for 4 nights lodging, 11 meals, all activities & a T-shirt if registered by November 19. After November 19, the price increases to $345. |

A $50 nonrefundable registration deposit along with this form is due by Friday, November 19, 2010. After November 19, the price increases to $345. You may mail the remaining balance or bring it with you to WinterFest. Checks should be made payable to DuBose Conference Center. Please speak to your church about available scholarship money, as Winterfest is unable to provide scholarships. |
| TRANSPORTATION: |
For those of you traveling from the Memphis, Jackson or Nashville areas, |

an opportunity for transportation on a professionally chartered bus chaperoned by a Winterfest staff member will be provided. Additional details will be e-mailed to you. The price of the Winterfest bus is $85 from Memphis and $40 from Nashville round trip per person.

Winterfest Youth Event Expectations:
- Not possessing or using tobacco products, alcohol or other drugs
- No sexual relations or inappropriate public displays of affection
- Staying on the DuBose grounds except for supervised excursions
- No pets or live animals may be brought to DuBose
- Avoiding the use of profane language
- Respecting others’ property and person
- Listening to what your leaders instruct you to do
- Doing what is right and fair.
